Apostle Hot Sauces are hand made in small batches in Paekākāriki by locals Lydia and Mat. The kawakawa in this hot sauce is from their back garden.
This hot sauce is tasty and tangy, with lots of flavour and a perfect level of heat to add some zing to your dish while still complementing flavours. Not overpowering! Just right! Obsessed with this sauce!
