Lemon Strawberry Poppy Seed Cake Kit Mix

So happy to have local baker The Caker make available her most delicious cakes as At-Home-Kits, so we can now be the absolute legend turning up to parties with a fair-dinkum, home-made cake.

This kit makes a light, moist and not-too-sweet cake. I love the gentle crunch of the poppy seeds and how the flavors of the lemon and strawberries work together to taste like summer.

This beautiful kit includes: cake mix, strawberry glaze mix, strawberry decorations, non-stick liner for 8" pan, instruction card. All you will need is milk, butter, lemons, and strawberries (frozen or fresh!)

INGREDIENTS: Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Cane Sugar, Blanched Almond Meal, Poppy Seeds, Baking Powder, Freeze-Dried Strawberries, Salt.

This kit can be vegan-friendly (if you use dairy free milk and oil instead of butter).
