Lemon Yellow Tiered Skirts (XS-L)

I used to be a valance. I used to be many valances. And now I am this adjustable, satin-draw-string double tier mini skirt. And I am very very cute. 

Will fit an XS-L easy, and perhaps more, depends how much rousching you might like.
