A 65+ page self guided journal to help with the process of being more mindful. Includes an introduction to help you work out the best way for you to journal and prompts and guides to help you along the way. 

We designed this because we needed something in our lives. A blank journal can really make us have our own mind blank, and the prompts really unlocked our ability to see past we don't know and gain some mental clarity.
