Mahjong - Learn and Play!
Whether you're a grand Mahjong master or have never touched a tile, try your hand at this social Mahjong meet-up! It is hosted by our good friends at 1-Missing-3-Lonely-Wobbly-Table Mahjong Club who are passionate about showing the informal, relaxed and fun way one can socialise, over Mahjong! No experience required, all ages and backgrounds welcome.
Last time we took over Lim Chourr, and this time we are making a Mahjong Den in our new stores big basement. Think: smoke machines, dim lighting, and your new favourite aunty teaching you her most favourite game. We will also offer a Zodiac Lounge in our shop space where you can get your own auspicious zodiac reading as we begin this lunar new year to put you on the path to fortune this year!

Karangahape's late night 'D8 Night' will be happening, so the street will be pumping with food and drink deals, and explore your Chinese zodiac our store will have a Chinese astrological reading for the Chinese New Year.
